Enrollment manager are responsible for the Columbia Team to meet or exceed budget, currently have 13 enrollment counselors with a 92% at or over budget. Other duties hire new employees, training and adhere to the changes of enrollment process.

Cingular Wireless, Retail Sales (Columbia, SC)

Retail Sales representative main duties are to meet or achieve quota for wireless data products and other handheld devices while maintain a high level of customer services for existing business.

02/04-07/05 Alltel Communications, Indirect Sales Representative (Columbia, SC)

As Indirect sales representative, major duties were to meet or exceed wireless quota with a high ARPU(Average Revenue Per Unit).

Wireless quota can be obtained by post paid or pre paid with a minimum of 39 posts paid to consumers or small business. Each sale should include accessories and features (text message, web, insurance etc.) to increase APRU. APRU is an extra incentive for representatives but is not a quota requirement.
