•Increased wage employment by 55% over a two-year period in a labor market of less than 2.8% unemployment and an entry wage rate less than the median for similar work in the area.

•Converted the 401(k) plan to include change of trustee, investment managers, and third party administrator (TPA) which allowed associates total access/control of their retirement funds.

•Authored and implemented first Human Resources Policies and Procedures Manual and Associate Handbook.

•Prepared, maintained, and delivered all required training to ensure compliance with all government mandated OSHA/EPA programs.
