Wrote a user’s guide for a UNIX NT-based application for the oil industry as well as tested the software. Manual included operating procedures for trading, shipping, accounting, profit-and-loss monitoring, security administration, and reporting. Wrote a series of user and programmer reference manuals for the IBM World Registry PKI project. The user manuals included PKI fundamentals, digital signing and encrypting, and KeyRing Manager procedures. The reference manual contained the functions, APIs, data dictionary, and guidelines used for programming and interface development.

Wrote user, on-line help, and system administration documentation for CellCAD, a cell-phone system modeling software application. Also wrote a user guide and an installation/system administrator’s guide for database management/report generation software tool. The applications were documented for their DOS, UNIX, and WindowsNT versions, and included file format conversion for each operating system.

Manual included system access and connection procedures, data-entry procedures, keyboard reference, flow charts, screen captures, on-line and batch-file submission procedures. Between 1979 and 1993, I wrote a series of use documentation, training materials, maintenance manuals for a variety of MIL Spec hardware and software projects.
