I am a degreed Engineer holding a Masters in Engineering Management and a

MBA. For the last four years, I have been abroad in Europe developing

international skills and obtaining a Masters Degree. I am able to offer my

experience as a manager, leader, trainer, and coordinator, along with my

Six Sigma certification, Toyota production system training and extensive

project management experience. I have been a senior manager on many multi-

Responsibilities included project management, production and process flow

planning, coordination of workers, quality control, developing and

implementing corrective actions, material inventory and handling methods

and inspections, design and development of shop drawings to make the most

effective use of fabrication time and ensuring profits. My personal

responsibility is approximately 2 million a year in projects. Converted

three major projects from failure to success. Implemented numerous new

Provided Six Sigma Black Belt consulting to a High Level Executive for a

Fortune 100 company. Position assisted in multi national six sigma

projects across Europe. A German multinational financial services company

rail system. Planned and implemented the design for a new 10 million

dollar pipe mill. Analyzed and developed flows for the new production

facility. Performed 5S initial implementation to ensure the highest

efficiency in the plant. Planned inventory systems and kanban processes.

Directly managing fabrication projects involving 60 employees and 7

department managers. Directly and solely responsible for the successful

completion and profits of the companies largest projects involving multi-

million dollar contracts. Implementing lean initiatives and facility

design for the largest spiral pipe mill in the US.

Home Depot. Managed the lean implementation involving 160 employees and 9

department managers. Trained employees in Lean manufacturing and team

visual workplace, value stream mapping, cellular flow, facility layout,

setup reduction, quick changeover standardization, total productive
