Recruited over multiple states and locations for mortgage and finance related positions.

Actively managed more than 100 – 125 positions

Set monthly hiring objectives. Exceeded every objective. Awarded a monthly bonus for 3 of the 4 months of the assignment with the first month focused on training.

Clayton Services is the go to provider of residential and commercial real estate advisory services, analysis and support services to include staffing. Its primary objective is to assist lending institutions and private equity firms with solutions to either mitigate their risk or enhance their equity.

Responsibilities included: Employee Relations, Recruiting, Facilities and Training with a strong emphasis on Employee Relations and Recruiting. Full life cycle recruiting operating very similar as a staffing agency focusing on Professional and Executive level placements in multiple industries including legal, financial, real estate, engineering, supply chain and sales and retail.

Managed a team of 4 recruiters, leading the charge of filling more than 50 requisitions on a regular basis to include internal needs as well as the staffing needs of our clients with contingent workers both domestically and internationally.
