• Offer settlements to vehicle owners for total loss vehicles

• Negotiate actual cash value of totaled vehicles

• Issue payments and DMV documents when concluding settlement

• Take first notice of auto loss reports, handle simple liability claims, and arrange services

• Work closely with other departments by triaging claims to appropriate levels

Possess strong organizational and communication skills

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Power Point and Access

Fluent with reading and writing the German language

Education Virginia Commonwealth University, studied Technical Theater and German

Volunteer Work Previously involved in Employee Voice Committee and Environmental Action Committee with CSAA
