Software Consultant

Working as a Software Technical Lead (STL) provides essential services for statistical analysis during the planning and execution of Maintenance and Development projects. The role involves providing IT support to the clients by keeping the claims processing system running and improving the system too. This involves handling regular system issues, application and processing issues reported by claims processors. Also improving the system efficiency to make it more effective.
