Recruited initially to stabilize financial position of the company. Hired by new owners after turning a $250k deficit into a $1.8 million dollar profit in the first year. Oversaw all finances, business development, marketing, production, human resources, and administrative affairs. Assisted in tax efficient structuring of sales and acquisitions. Tax planning for the business and the principals, including audits and inventory for quarterly reporting to the SEC. Technology needs analysis. Budgeting and reporting duties. Provided projections and forecasts. Technical expert on profit and loss, balance sheets issues, and capital growth. Advised owner regarding key changes in planning of various issues and business decisions. Ensured quality control of various activities with regards to pharmaceuticals. Effectively licensed and monitored regulatory compliance in all 50 states for all of our locations. Acted as mediator for conflict resolution among various departments. Set and assigned operational goals for departments. Managed employees over 5 locations in 3 states.
Worked hand in hand with the Hawaii Board of Pharmacy to develop our business model throughout the state of Hawaii. This included meetings with various members, as well as the Director of the Hawaii Board of Pharmacy and the Governor of Hawaii.
Within my first three months with this corporation, I was able to recover a loss of 250,000 from the previous owners.
Negotiated leases, supervised all build outs, and business expansion in Los Angeles, CA; Chicago, IL; and Maui, HI. Including a Pharmacy Distribution, Warehouse and corporate offices in Chicago.
Trade Show convention coordinator for various trade shows throughout the United States. I was responsible for ensuring all aspects of a conference and trade show event were well-planned and ran smoothly.

IV Tech – Lakeland Regional Hospital, Lakeland, Fl 2007 – 2008
Mixed IV Bags, Conducted inventory, dispensed meds per physicians order, compounded specialty meds, assisted nursing staff with questions concerning patients.
Implemented new Inventory Procedures for Pharmaceutical machines and the main pharmacy, that reduced their budget significantly every quarter; as well as Loss Prevention procedures.
Hired to learn hospital systems in anticipation of a business analyst position opening the following quarter. The department remained over budget and was unable to open the position.
Field Pharmaceuticals Rep – Stericycle, Orlando, Fl 2007-2007
Returned expired Medications (Class 2-6) to appropriate location for credit and destruction. Data entry. Power of Attorney for DEA to return Class II-IV Narcotics. Inventory shelves and pull expired meds. Worked throughout the state of Florida and other states as needed. Maintained the proper paperwork and sent appropriate forms to appropriate locations.
District Manager – Medipharm Rx Inc, Tampa, Fl 2005-2006
Managed staff of 50 employees in 3 locations including scheduling and operational procedures. High Volume Mail Order shipped approximately 2,000 packages per day between both facilities. Determined daily and weekly objectives for supervisors as well as staff, along with what the goals for each objective should be and what had to be done to achieve those objectives. Monthly Operational Reports (including profit and loss reporting), payroll, and inventory control. Analyzed the activities that needed to be accomplished, clarified work, and divided it into manageable segments. Implemented an organizational structure to carry out the work and selected people to manage those units. Fostered a team environment among those associates responsible for various jobs on the team. Measured performance on evaluations, and set employee development goals thereby developing employees into supervisors and team leaders. Trained and mentored employees in each department as needed. Ensured progressive discipline was followed; if in any guidelines were disrupted or objectives or goals were not met; up to and including termination when necessary. Oversaw all operational procedures for all pharmacies.
Developed workflow for Long Term Care department which increased revenue by $75,000 every quarter.
I initiated workflow changes in the Mail Order department, which lead to increased revenue of $200,000 yearly in staffing.
Implemented a new inventory control system with the developers of the pharmacy software we used; they now use this corporately for all of their clients.
Increased package production in shipping department from 300 a day, to well over 2,000.
Oversaw the opening of a new pharmacy in Lakeland, Fl, including the build out, hiring of staff, and setting the budget. I also worked with IT staff to insure that all computer software and hardware was installed properly. Inventory analysis for beginning inventory for the pharmacy. Oversaw initial state inspection for licensing of the pharmacy.
