PRACTICE MANAGEMENT / DEPARTMENT EDUCATION
Currently managing MA Health Care Department as faculty. Plans, coordinates and prioritized daily operational activities as a staff of 50 students with an emphasis on workflow management, student’s supervision and training, coaching curriculum orientation and goals implementation for quality measurement. As a lead instructor of the class prepare weekly lesson plan, goal sheets, and revise class and school policies at the beginning of each week for quality and class control. Prepare grades on weekly basis and design tests and quizzes I reference to the curriculum. Council and follow up on students not present more than two days. Perform various strategies and investigatory research for proper protocols to perform each day for edutainment, prioritize various methods for students engagements, and drove overall operational efficiency on a daily basis.
CLINICAL / HEALTH SERVICES EXPERTISE
Provided medical support to Family Practice of Dallas including telephonic triage to patients; assisted physicians in routine clinical management and treatments including EKGs, Spirometer, Peek flow, stress test, Aerometer, phlebotomy and bone density.
