Job responsibilities:
TESTING
This is a preliminary process which helps in testing the discrepancies for highly compensated and non-highly compensated employee through eligibility criteria. It involves analysis of the Clients Data with the supporting data’s from them. If the test fails, then the data’s would be sent to the concern clients regarding corrections in order to clear the test.
CALCULATION
This is the secondary process, which involves the sharing/dividing the contributions of the employer to the employee. The step measures the eligibility level of the employee required to qualify for the company’s contributions through various calculations.
AUDIT WORK
This represents the final phase of the work. Then rechecking takes place to confirm the calculations regarding contributions remain the same. Finally the forms are filled for the parameters tested and calculated.
Achievements:
• I was able to work in all the three departments in a very short span of time.
• Timely completions of the assignment without any carry forwards.
• Gained information regarding the regulations of US procedures involving the workout and eligibility criteria of employers. Able to learn, improve and solve problems through Financial Management, Transaction Processing and documentation.
