General Manager (Closed due Sale of Property by Owner) 8/2011 – 12/2011
Directed all hotel operations initiatives for this Lake of the Ozarks hotel including Housekeeping, Maintenance, Grounds, and additionally responsible for Marketing, Guest Services, Payroll and Accounting practices for all aspects of its daily operation. I relocated to San Antonio Spring of 2012 to pursue a solid hospitality career opportunity.

General Manager 2009-7/2011
Directed and oversaw all aspects of hotel operations for this 96 room select service brand. I was responsible for all back of house, and front of house initiatives including guest services and front desk operations, housekeeping and laundry operations, maintenance and grounds, kitchen, marketing and sales, payroll, accounting, hiring, training and customer satisfaction. I have been responsible for brand transitions and reflagging, capital improvements, renovations, and other special projects. I have also managed all aspects of motivating employee teams, conducting employee review processes, hiring and terminations. I oversaw the reflagging and brand transitioning from The Baymont Inns and Suites to the new Choice Hotels brand for Quality Inn and Suites.
Assistant General Manager 2007-2009
In this position I assisted in directing all aspects of the 96 room hotel operation under the current GM including all back and front of house operations while maintaining all standards and initiatives established by the Marcus Hotels and Resorts organization. My responsibilities included guest service operations, customer satisfaction, reservations, group reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, grounds, food and beverage operations, marketing and sales, scheduling, hiring, employee coaching, training, accounting and reports. I was promoted to General Manager Position for this select service property.
Night Auditor 2005-2007
I was responsible for all Night Audit oversight for this 96 room Baymont Inns and Suites property under the Marcus Hotels and Resorts. Additionally, I was responsible for handling all customers’ needs and guest service requirements as well as change of day and daily reports. I was promoted to Assistant General Manager for this National Hotel Brand.
