Introduction to; Douglas H. Lee

I am 58 years of age. Having been a “Commercial Work- Ground Up Superintendent for twenty two (22) years, I have good experience in handling the many different types of structures needing to be built. Hold 10 & 30 Hour OSHA Training Certificates. Also hold “Ft. Carson Storm Water Training Certificate”. “Asbestos Awareness Training” was completed while working at Ft. Carson Army Post.

Full knowledge of working with the Federal Government (USACE).

Complete understanding of; USACE Partnering, EM 385 1-1(YELLOW BOOK) Safety, Three Phase Inspection Process, Activity Hazard Analysis, SF1413 & all Insurance & Submittals must be completed prior to scheduling the AHA’s. Submittal Register must be up to date. During AHA meetings, ensure the “Work to be installed, Submittal review to know correct products are being installed, review Contract Specifications as they pertain to the AHA @ hand, to be sure the Sub-contractor fully understands exactly how the Work is to be installed”. Verifying Specification Requirements are being reviewed at the time of the AHA Meeting.

Full understanding of walking the Project with the USACE Team, reviewing the installation of the Work, inspecting to verify the Work is in fact being installed Per Contract Approved Plans & Contract Approved Specifications. Complete knowledge of up-dating as-built drawings on a weekly basis, Red Zone Meeting, & submission of Operating & Maintenance Manuel’s in a timely manner. Completing all Commissioning Work as required.

COLORADO SCHOOL OF MINES. Green Center Improvements, 11/07-12/08. $2.3 Million Dollar Project. Multiple Facility Improvements Including an Elevator Addition to and Interior Modifications within the Existing Building; 1) The addition of a new Elevator & related user lobbies; 2) Modifications to Basement Laboratory/Classrooms; 3) Modifications to existing office & support spaces necessitated by the Elevator Addition; 4) The addition of a new Basement Direct Exterior ADA Exit; 5) Modification to existing Restroom Entries on all 3 floor levels to conform to ADA Access Guidelines; 6) Floor finish, Painting and ceiling improvements in limited areas of the building. MITCHELL HIGH SCHOOL, COLORADO SPRINGS 3/07-10/07 $4.3 Million

HCAV / RETROFIT, Installation of a new chiller system to provide air conditioning to three buildings on this school campus.
