College: Bilston Collge of the West Midlands in England: Attened in 1980 and graduated in 1982 with a English Language degree.

College: Bilston Collge attened classes in 1982 to 1984 I major in Plant Studies and Public Relations.

Experiences: Paul Revere Insurance employed as a Mail Clerk from 1991 to 1994, was promoted in 1994 and began working in the Financial Products Department as a Customer Service Representative from 1994 to 1996 when I received my second promotion and became a Financial Institution Representative.

Almerica Financial: Employed in 1996 to 1997 as a Life Insurance Representative.

Small Business Agency: Employed in 1997 to 2000 as a Underwriter for Kaiser Permamente.

Unum Insurance Co. Employed in 2000 to 2003 as a Customer Service Representative in the Insurance Products Representaive.

2003 to 2005 Promoted to the Legal Department as a Legal Administrative Representative.

Worcester Housing Authority: Employed 2005 to present as a Principle Clerk, this field has not provided me with the satisfaction I had hoped for.

Objectives: I would like a change from housing industry and return to a administraive office atmostphere. This job postion is exactly what I am searching for.
