Description:

Inventory Portal is a Management system is an intranet application with in Owens Corning organization. The portal purpose is to analysis the stock levels and with that providing superior management. The Main Objective of this System is that it integrates the business of a large organization in software, which enables to manage business from any part of the world. It maintains all the information about the organization regarding employees, department, branches, different stock levels etc.

Contribution:

As the key member of the project, responsibilities include developing the components involving key functionality, integrating various components in different modules of the project.

Roles and responsibilities:

Designed many InfoPath Forms and published to the portal.

Customized Web parts for Portal and WSS application. Created Customs lists to the SharePoint.

Used SharePoint designer for the customization of the master page and used the data source library for connecting to external sources.

Description:

Clinical Management system portal is an intranet application, this system is aimed at achieving two ends. The first, helping the patients manages their records and a hospital manages its patients better. This project work was inspired by the immense inconvenience faced by patients, especially in hospitals, who spend hours in long-winding queues meandering all along hospital corridors. To add to the misery, they are made to carry a long list of diagnostic reports, reference slips, test-request applications, prescriptions for medicines, account bills and so on. The most affected are the less educated majority and the poor who cannot maintain these documents in a systematic fashion. This often leads to loss of a few documents as test reports, which might mar vision into the pathological history of the patient and might even impede further treatment.

The Digital management system will also stores documents and it will also importantly provide you with easy access to your documents, whether this be via a powerful search mechanism or an easy to use document browse interface. Digital management system provides storage, versioning, metadata, security, as well as indexing and retrieval capabilities.
