Performed as Fleet Manager for the company's vehicles and forklifts. Maintained the company's Unclassified Training Records. Coordinated on-site visits with vendors and contractors for routine facility maintenance and repairs. Received a Satisfactory Rating on all DCMA Property Control Systems Analyses (PCSAs) conducted over an eight year history, highlighted by having zero findings for the last three years.

1992-1999 Target Acquisition Designation Sight/Pilot Night Vision Sensor (TADS/PNVS) Program (Apache). Developed Support Equipment Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for Prime Vendor Support (PVS). Functioned as Tools and Test Equipment (T&TE) Point of Contact (POC), resolving all Foreign Military Sales (FMS) T&TE questions and problems in a timely manner. Developed and maintained current T&TE inventory lists for all US and FMS Special Repair Activities (SRAs). Maintained Configuration Control for T&TE for all US and FMS SRAs. East Coast Contract Field Engineer responsible for the installation, functional check-out, unit familiarization training and maintenance of 21 TADS Selected Task Trainers (TSTTs). Trained Apache transition course students on the TSTT. Coordinated all TSTT action items with the Army Aviation Center and School.

Follow-On-To-TOW (FOTT) Program

Developed the Training Devices/Emulators and Test Program Sets (TPSs) Approach for the FOTT proposal that resulted in RED TEAM Review of Excellent. FOTT is the future replacement for the infantry’s current heavy anti-armor weapon system, which is quickly becoming obsolete.

Close Combat Tactical Trainer (CCTT) Program

Developed the training portion of the CCTT proposal.

1991-1992 Forward Area Defense System (FADS) Program

Developed the Line of Sight-Forward-Heavy (LOS-F-H) turret and vehicle subsystems portions of the 600-hour Organizational Maintenance Course. Trained US Army Soldiers on the turret and vehicle subsystems portions of the 600-hour course and received outstanding government critique rating.

1989-1991 JAVELIN Program

Developed a 40, 60, and 80-hour version of the Javelin Force Development Test and Experimentation (FDTE) Gunner Course and 40-hour Training Device Use and Operator Course used during the Engineering, Manufacturing and Development Phase of the JAVELIN Contract. Developed and trained two Staff Planner Courses, updated the JAVELIN Training Program/Training Equipment Plan (TP/TEP), and tracked and submitted all training CDRLs within schedule.

US ARMY

1987-1989 Chief, Anti-Armor Team Devices Branch of US Army Infantry School

As Chief, Anti-Armor Team Devices Branch, Directorate of Training and Doctrine, US Army Infantry School responsible for writing the Training Device Requirements Documents for the Anti-Armor Weapon System - Medium, Army Family of Vehicles Line-of-Sight and Directed Energy variants. Participated on a Source Selection Board. Prepared and presented numerous information papers and briefings to the chain of command up to Department of the Army General Officer level.

1985-1987 Company Commander & Asst. Brigade Supply Officer, Ft. Ord, CA.

Responsible for the overall combat readiness of 130 Light Infantry Soldiers, including all assigned weapons and equipment, training in individual collective combat skills, equipment maintenance, supply accountability, discipline and tactical employment of a Light Infantry Unit designed for rapid deployment worldwide. Responsible for planning and monitoring the logistics posture and materiel readiness condition of three Light Infantry Battalions.
