Contracts Specialist, Sparks, Reston, VA. October 2011 – Current

Responsible for administration of non-disclosure agreements, consultant agreements, teaming agreements and purchase orders to include status tracking on a daily basis; Participates in Contracts Department projects; Maintains the Contracts Shared Drive in an orderly and consistent manor; Provides feedback to management regarding possible problems or areas of improvement, and makes recommendations to implement improved processes; Establishes and implements process for tracking all contracts and maintains tracking database; Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Responsible for preparing cost proposals. Work with proposal/program manager to gather necessary costing information for development of pricing proposal in compliance with solicitation.
