EXECUTIVE PROFILE
My goal is to be in a management position where I can utilize the customer service and project management skill sets that I developed through interacting with customers on a daily basis in a retail store as well as organizing and running sporting events for an NCAA university. My role at Publix requires me to interact with and assist customers in whatever way I can to make their shopping experience enjoyable. Customer service is the primary ingredient behind the success of any business. When I first began my position at Oglethorpe University, I took on the responsibility of establishing and implementing a checklist and process which guaranteed that all necessary tasks for running a varsity sporting event were covered before each game began. I also took on the responsibility of developing a system that ensured we had the required number of student workers that were needed to run each home game.
