Currently, I am the In-House Contractor and Development Partner for a Medical Office Development Group. 14,000 SF Prototype Stein Mart store and 8,000 SF in additional retail stores. CMU block construction with cast stone, brick, and stucco façade.

Davis Center Phase I – Project Manager - November 2004 - June 2005 - Jacksonville, FL

General contracting project. Two-story, tilt wall construction with standing seam metal roof, consists of 34,000 SF. Includes Class A office space as well as a 1,500 SF luxury apartment. Extensive environmental issues with EPA and City of Jacksonville.

Sutton Place – Project Manger – October 2005 - September 2006, Jacksonville, FL

New 90,000 SF, three-story self performed tilt wall office building. Phase II of a four-phase project. Three story structural tilt wall panels that attached to existing building, logistical and safety challenge. Also included cast in place concrete arch at each entry.

Foley Lardner, LLP – Project Manager: February 2004 - May 2004, Jacksonville, FL

Construction management project, three-story tenant build-out in the Independent Square Building (Modis Building), a high-rise building located in downtown Jacksonville. 31,416 SF, Class “A”, contemporary design. Conference rooms, library, workrooms, partner and associate offices, catering kitchen and café. Strict deadline. Project successfully completed in four months.

Highway Avenue Distribution Center – Project Manager – April 2003 / August 2003, Jacksonville, FL

A 40,000 square foot Distribution Facility with 20,000 square feet of build-out. The structure is an Engineered Metal Building with split face block accents - Fast-track schedule - completed in 4.5 months, including all site improvements.

Fleming Island Business Center – Project Manager – August 2002 - March 2003, Orange Park, FL

Two Tilt-Up Flex Buildings 40,000 square feet each – extensive site construction including the relocation of a retention pond and then placing Building #2 over the regained site. Project included a Veterans Memorial Wall and Remembrance Pavilion.

Pan Am Flight Center – Project Manager – September 2000 - May 2001, Orlando, FL

60,000 SF two story Office Building - Tilt-up, Flight Training Center - Flight Simulators, for Liberty Property Trust. Class B office space and class rooms in the front half of the building with open simulator bays in the back half of the building - open area.

Elkins Constructors Corporate Headquarters - October 1999 - July 2000, Jacksonville, FL

The 32,000 SF Class A Tilt-Wall building is located in a redevelopment district near downtown Jacksonville. Difficult Tilt wall constructions, only 30% of the panels were cast on the slab the remainder were formed to provide the “Coin” effect in the panels.

Physician Sales and Service located their new national headquarters in this four story, 104,000 square foot, concrete tilt-panel building. Class A office and core for Liberty Property Trust.

WTLV Channel 12 Additions – Assistant Project Manager – February 1994 – May 1995, Jacksonville, FL

Construction Management Project, renovation of the entire station. 15 month, 6 phase project successfully completed while keeping WTLV 12 on air throughout construction.

Mandarin Medical & Merchants Center - Assistant Project Manager – Jan. 1994 – Nov. 1994, Jacksonville, FL

New 160,000 square foot medical and retail center including 19 acres of site improvements. Project included 75,000 square foot two story medical office building with laboratories and a surgery center; 57,000 square foot Winn-Dixie Superstore; 28,000 square foot of retail space including restaurants and specialty shops. Attention to aesthetics was a priority for this project including architectural design, material selection and landscaping.

12,000 SF block building with asphalt shingle roof, one story, medical offices and administrative offices. General contracting services.

Jax Navy Federal CU Operations Center – Onsite Manager – March 1995 – May 1996, Jacksonville, FL

100,000 SF, four story Corporate Headquarters on 11.5-acre site. Total concrete structure. Exterior features include stone/masonry exterior wall system with curtain wall glass and features a standing seam roof system. Interior build out is finely detailed. Lobby and administrative areas have mahogany woodwork. Public areas feature Zolatone wall finishing, custom carpeting and linen wall coverings. Interior includes 3,000 SF of raised flooring system.

Omni Federal Credit Union – Assistant Project Manager - March 1994 - October 1994, Jacksonville, FL

Construction management for a two story, 12,000 SF administrative office and branch bank facility.

Building features an EFIS exterior, executive offices, drive through banking lanes, high performance glass, built-in-safes, and detailed millwork.
