• Working mainly as a designer and job captain, I also assisted in construction document production and CAD standards in the office.
• Private Residence – Remodel of existing 4,000 SF home, added 6,000 SF, Type-V construction.
• Private Residence - Remodel of the 28th, 29th, and 30th floor penthouse at the Regency Tower in Las Vegas, NV. Construction in progress. Type-I construction.
• Parks at Maryland – 650-unit, podium parked apartment development near University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
• 32.5 units/acre, Type-I & Type-V construction.
• Focusing my attention of the unit designs and the clubhouse design, I assisted in the site and landscape design of this 20-acre project.
• Kavison Row – 152-unit, mixed-use, luxury condo development. 30.4 units/acre, Type-V construction.
• Worked on residential unit, clubhouse, and overall building design, as well as the courtyard and site design. Working closely with the client and consultants we created one of the most unique living experience in the hills overlooking the strip.
• Because of the size & density of the site, I worked closely with the Las Vegas Fire Department to ensure proper fire protection.

• Calida at Warm Springs – 251-unit, mixed-use apartment development. 25 units/acre, Type-V construction.
• Worked with an extremely limited time frame to get all drawings and coordination done in less than 4 months. Construction to begin early 2009
• River Village – 105-unit, luxury town home development along the banks of the Colorado River in Laughlin, NV.
• Lead designer of the clubhouse and produced construction drawings. Construction to begin early 2009

• Worked in a small architecture office on a multitude of projects ranging from condominiums to inline shopping plazas.
• Because of the small size of the firm I was able to delve into various parts of projects, ranging from getting the bid and talking to clients, to producing construction documents.
• Preliminary design for Harvard Oaks Condominiums in Shelby Township, MI.
