Project Planning & Management

Maintenance Operations

 Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules to increase machine up time / equipment reliability; thereby accomplishing planned production targets within budget.

 Handling the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance to reduce the machineries down time and increase the productivity through improvement of machineries and planned maintenance.

 Directing & instructing maintenance team; monitoring expenses with optimum utilization of resources.

 Preparing and implementing standard operating procedure and preventive maintenance schedule for equipments.

Commercial Operations/ Quality Assurance/ Safety Operations

 Monitoring implementation & documentation of quality systems like ISO, Kaizen, HACCP as per the set standards.

 Identifying assignable and chronic causes by the use of latest analysis techniques.

 Reviewing the operational practices, identifying the areas of obstruction/ quality failures and advising on system and process changes for qualitative improvement and energy conservation.

 Handling activities pertaining to change management to ensure seamless operations.

 Synchronizing and interacting with statutory bodies and departments like Pollution control board, Electricity board, Factory Inspector etc. on regular basis for obtaining the required licenses.

Process Enhancements

 Initiating VA/ VE activities for bringing in cost reductions in the process.

 Working on initiatives for energy conservation, entailing identification of opportunities, conduction of tests, cost benefit analysis and implementation for the spinning department.

 Analyzing the operational & performance qualification of equipment and process validation of products to ensure they are as per the quality norms.
