• “Method validation and Accelerated Stability studies of Diphenhydramine (DPH)” in Semester V under Dr. Grazia Stagni, 2012.

The optimization of a HPLC method for DPH separation with UV detection. Validation was performed using standards and a pharmaceutical preparation. Results from both standards and samples show suitable validation parameters. The pharmaceutical grade substances were tested by factors that could influence the chemical stability.

• “Research and Development Batch Record” in Semester IV under Dr. Rutesh Dave, 2011.

Wet Granulation of a novel formulation including parameters like Weighing Operation, The Area, Equipment, Utensils and Ingredients that must be checked for Compliance with SOP and cGMP.

• “Niosomes” in Semester I (M.S.) under Dr. Xudong Yang, 2010.

Including Physicochemical aspects like structural units of Niosomes, Method of Preparation, Seperation

of free drug, Characterization and suitable Niosome sizes for particular routes of administration as well

as Therapeutic potential and Advantages of Niosomes.

• “Herpes Virus” in semester VI, 2008.

Dealing with Introduction that Herpes Simplex Virus 1 and 2 are two strains of the family Herpesviridae,

which cause infections in humans. Dealt with Properties, Transmission of Life Cycle, Infection, Replication, Diseases, Diagnosis and Treatment of the virus.
