Provide field level motor transport maintenance support. Supervise shop personnel, enforce maintenance procedures and ensure proper use of assets such as personal protective equipment, tools, technical manuals, and maintenance records. Maintain all types of military equipment including 7 Ton, HMMWV, MRAP, MATV, and LVSR.

Schedule maintenance activities based on equipment, priority, available personnel and resources.

Review all completed work orders and ensure equipment requiring follow up meet all quality assurance standards.

Provide reports and evaluate trends as required to drive data driven approach to continuous improvement.
