Responsibilities:

A. Human Resource Operations

• Prepare Offer Letter, Appointment Letter and Confirmation Letter.

• Joining formalities and maintaining personal files.

• Conducting exit interviews and analyzing the main causes for separation

• Full and final settlement of employee accounts

• Monitor and ensure timely completion of probation appraisals for new recruits

• Taking exit interviews of the employees leaving the organization

B. Recruitment, Selection & Induction

• Receiving ‘Manpower Requisition’ from departments.

• Based on requirement, Standardization of Qualification and experience for each post.

• Evaluating the candidate at different scales depending of the requirement, conducting preliminary interviews, written tests and then finalizing the interviews with the department head after short listing the candidate on the basis of set procedure.

• Present as HR representative in Interview panels for selection of candidates

• Negotiation on terms & conditions with consultants

• Coordination with Recruitment Consultants & other sources for identifying suitable candidates.

• Processing of salary sheets and issuing offer letter to the selected candidates.

C. Performance Management

• Getting the KRA set for each individual based on the job description

• Getting Appraisal forms filled by both the employee & the immediate boss. Comparing the difference in the rating.

• Help each to put forth a frank and true picture of themselves at work along with their weaknesses and strength to the Management

• Analyzing their present performance to their past with both their peers and subordinates

• A close judgment of each is then discussed with the employee and accordingly based on the score of the appraisal the set % of increment is then given.

D. Training and Development

• Identifying training needs based on the gap analysis made after the annual appraisal. Lack of competencies being discussed with the concerned HOD for designing a training Program accordingly.

• Training Management to fill gap and skill enhancements to derive maximum output from all.

E Recruitment Process

• Responsible for Entire Recruitment process. Proficient in Handling Middle & Sr. Assignments, Comfortable on all the portals i.e. Naukri, Monster India, Times Job, Jobs Ahead.

• Interaction with both the clients and the candidates on a regular basis.

• Meeting with candidates and checking out their knowledge with respect to their experience, testing them on their communication skills both oratory as well as written, assess the candidate in terms of his/her personality, stability, preventability and other pre-requisites for the specified position.

• Front ending for the client requirement then responsible for providing right candidate through any of the sources like Head Hunting, database, Job portals, references and thus achieving the monthly target as set by the organization.

• Profile also included negotiating with the client from the candidate’s point of view to settle the salary issue and following up with the Offered Candidates & Client till their joining.

• Raising the bill once the candidate joins and then the follow up till the collection of the payment.

Responsibilities As an Industrial Relation (IR)

• Preparation of budget for the section in coordination with the Plant Head HR

• Ensure contract workers are paid as per Minimum Wages Act

• Ensure statutory compliances as per various acts of Indian Labour Laws

• Maintain regular Industrial activities like dealing with contractors, monitoring of contractual statutory records, workman compensation policies, labour licenses, muster roll and other various statutory norms

• Responsible for preventing any union formation by taking care of employees and addressing their grievances

• To provide guidance and support to contractors engaged at site in statutory compliance / documentation and ensure harmonious industrial relations

• To educate, create awareness and take proactive measures / actions to minimize / reduce misconduct indiscipline

• To consult various consultants ant and legal experts appointed by the company in case of disputes and ensure organizational interests are taken care

• Responsible for liaison with various government officials and labour offices

• Responsible for keeping up to date with current IR legislations and ensuring the same updated in the organizational Human Resource policies

• Responsible for handling matters of discipline such as domestic inquiries, conciliation proceedings, settlements and other disciplinary actions

• Creating IR related awareness and setting up trainings, seminars, safety, health camps and other welfare measures for contract workers at site in order to maintain amity relations

• Ensure employee health and welfare activities are taken up and maintenance of all records according to the provision of the acts

• Liaise with factory inspector / labour department, coordinate during their visits and ensure total statutory compliance

• To educate and guide contractors / employees / witness to ensure proper recording of statement in order to avoid any legal complications/ prosecution

• Responsible for resolving or redressing all employee grievances and initiate with any suggestion schemes or employee assistance programs

• Responsible for keeping track of issues in industries & other local areas and ensure preventive actions are taken

• Prepare monthly MIS reports and exception report, specifically highlighting & escalating (wherever required) the policy related / operational issues to be addressed at the site and providing suggestions wherever necessary.

PREPARATION OF HR COMPLIANCES REPORT

1. Knowledge of PF & ESIC Return (Online) - All forms and Challans
