Analyzed, reorganized and developed sales and manufacturing teams, processes and systems for an organization that was losing 6% annually. Result: Turned around operation and increased profitability to 6% in less than 3 years.

Identified problem areas, reorganized processes and organizational divisions as well as created new teams to enhance manufacturing process and increase sales for company that was floundering after 102 years of success. Result: Increased profitability from 2% to 8% and the company regained its position as an active industry player.

Directed and managed the retooling of an organization that was floundering with a mature product. Identified opportunities to move into profitable business areas to stimulate growth.
