 Improved interface efficiency by introducing a new middleware layer between the provisioning and billing system for “Star Hub’s” new CRM(Client Relationship Management System).

 Responsibilities include management and delivery of a critical application developed by our sub-contractor and facilitate transition between the legacy system and the new system.

 Stationed at Bangalore India :

 Defined reporting standards, supervise delivery process and helped in delivery objectives and prioritize deliverables.

 Defined new report template to track sub contractor’s deliverables and task <using MS-Excel and generated pivot tables/charts>.

 The report was used by project management to judge the readiness of the system being delivered for production deployment.

Infosys Technology Ltd.,(Chennai, India) Jun 2006 to Sept 2008

Dec 2007 to Sept 2008

 Responsible for part of the data model, design and reference implementation as proof of concept for the “Pre Medicare Health Plan” project for United Health Group.

 Introduced defect prevention strategy for the project, and responsible to keep track of the defects and issues.

 Led the UI (user interface team) on designing the web layout to be compatible across different browsers.

May 2007 to Nov 2007

 Part of the team that upgraded “Performance management system” for “Walgreen’s”.

 Developed and tested performance metric module

 Prepared test plans and cases for cross functional module covering business critical scenarios.

 Integral part of Knowledge management activity and came up with “Tip of the day” concept, which was later included in projects across the company.

Jun 2006 to Apr 2007

 Part of the team that upgraded “Alliance” application for Allstate. This involved enhancement to support additional 21 states as part of Property Insurance coverage.

 Responsibilities included designing of use cases, creation of test plan and implementing IT solutions using J2EE technology.

 Accomplished implementing new business application for newly added STATES.

 Involved in analysing issues and fixing defects across various projects in the business unit.
