OBJECTIVE

I am looking for a company that is looking for a reliable motavaited employee.I have been working for Web Tech Inc for the past 6 years as a senior pressman.I run a gravure press printing Bic lighter logos and wood grain products for moldings as well as wood wood printing for kitchen cabinets and computer desks and other Bic pens and pencils along with other labels as they come in.Such as Maybeline Define a lash and other such labels.They are all heat transfer foils.I love my job but seem to have come to the max salary that they will give me.I have just recently had a baby and am trying to get married and am looking for a company that can offer me advancement in the future.I am a hard worker who loves what I do.I just feel that I am stuck in my corrent position as far as salary advancement.

We do heat transfer foils for companys looking for labels and images on a mass scale,such as Bic lighter logos and images for pens and mechanical pencils.We also produce beer labels and wood grains for moldings and kitchen cabinets

My job is to change cylanders over and then look at my master image that is supplied by the costumer.I then choose my starting inks by what I see in the disign of the cylanders I am given.I color match the jobs by my eye.Deciding if I need to add some blue or black into my red inks and or some orange into the yellow and excet..I also look through my loop at the wood grains and decide what my color coat should be and then mach my color coat and then match my grain and tone cylanders accordingly.I take my viscosities with a zong cup and hold my registration manualy.There are no computers to hold or maintane the print other than my brain.I have a camera and a computer screen so that I can see my registration boxes but other than that it is all done by me.The colors are all maid by me,unless I am running a four color process job of which most of the pen and Pencil jobs are.Some are demand colors but most are four color process.I run 2, 6 unit presses and 1, 7 unit press.As I said before I love my job and what I do but feel as if I am stuck in salary advancement.I would not be looking for another job but I must be able to support my new family.
