Key HR Executive responsible the development and administration of robust cost effective employee benefits program and Human Resource Information system for a statewide healthcare organization, reporting to the SVP of HR.
• Redesigned the benefit programs. Retirement program was moved from the traditional pension plan to the more participatory 401(a) and 401 (b) programs to increasing the potential for a higher retirement income for all employees.
• Reengineered the benefit plan annual enrollment process to allow for an automated enrollment process for the state-wide 5,000 employee population.
