UGL Services

• Responsible for planning and scheduling of all work orders for the entire Dixon site within SAP.

• Translated work requests in to detailed work orders utilizing technical information such as SOPs, PPE, Permits and Special Tools.

• Assigned work orders to appropriate Engineer or reject as appropriate.

• Generate Preventive Maintenance (PM) work orders,

• Cancel work orders.

• Modify existing PM schedules, modify asset repetitive procedures and required parts as needed due to SOP changes.

• Route various documents for signature when needed.

• Compile metrics for department meetings.

• Responsible for entering and modifying master data on repetitive job plans task lists and BOM’s into SAP.

• Responsible for scheduling plant shutdown maintenance activities in SAP.

SBM Site Services

• Responsible for planning and scheduling of all Janitorial and MAC work orders within SAP

• Provided metric reporting to FSCC portfolio

• MAC Administrator for conference room set ups; tracking of CSAT surveys to ensure adherence to schedule and avoid MXSP misses

• Continuous Improvement of processes for efficient SAP tracking

• Liaison to Genentech customers for SBM site services & functions

• Support Vendor Service Manager; scheduling repetitive maintenance work orders and interface with vendors

• Certified Trainer for gWOW and SAP

Verallia

• Responsible for transferring bulk ware (glass) to manufacturing plants in three states.

• Maintained Repack logs and customer content, in SAP through end of year

• Entered sales orders, PO’s and BOL’s in SAP

• Coordinated transfer of repacked glass from warehouse to customer

• Managed inventory and Shipping for bulk glass to customer

• Responsible for tracking ware and GPO’s (Glass Production Orders)

Telecommunications & Office Administration
