•Compose and type correspondence regarding human resource issues, procedures and reports ensuring meetings, agendas and enclosures for outgoing correspondence
•Assist with coordinating regional meetings and training summits
•Code and process invoices, check requests and expense reports in a timely manner for payment
•Provide administrative assistance to executives in developing reports and providing data research and other related projects with high priority, professionalism, strict confidentiality and careful attention to details
•Manage calendars, make travel arrangements, set-up conference calls and meetings
