Responsible for all aspects of Image shipboard operations, but primarily responsible for ensuring all vessels met sales and cost budgets in all areas. Analyzed P&L reports and presented findings to the company owner on a monthly basis.

• Devised and implemented a more effective OBM publication tracking program that reduced printing costs by 50% - 80%.
• Devised and implemented in conjunction with the IT/Accounting Department the integration of the ship itineraries into the OBM SQL database reducing the data collation costs over 50%.
