• Managed a program that converted sales from a major water filtration company to products from a leading water filtration manufacturer. The program converted 68% of the business.

• Designed, and implemented a program to convert a Fortune 500 manufacturer’s product to a preferred supplier partner. A plan to replace $12M in business was rolled out, including product cross-references, marketing literature, sales training and customer promotions. The program in its first year recovered the entire $12M in new sales.

• Managed liquid handling product portfolio that included a product launch of the new Fisherbrand pipettor line, which proved to be one of the most successful OEM launches with growth of 45% in the line.

• Responsible for working cross functionally with all company departments to ensure product line success including Sales and Marketing, Transportation, Supply-chain, Regulatory, QA/QC and Product Development.

• Developed sales and marketing program for the food and beverage industry. Managed roll-out of the entire campaign, including a 400-page product catalog. Program resulted in a sales growth of +12%, which was sustained even after two years of program implementation.

• Created double-digit growth in Atlanta one year post acquisition.

• Secured the company’s first mobile GC laboratory project utilizing in-house equipment and a warehoused lab trailer. All personnel and equipment were billed at an hourly rate resulting in an exceptionally profitable project.

Coordinated and directed all technical US EPA projects including contract management, compliance and budget forecasting. Responsibilities included lab audits, lab certification and data integrity evaluation as well as managing proposals totaling over $2 M.
