Duties were to answer phones and assist customers in finding the correct products and services to meet their needs. While I worked at AT&T I sold both Dish network and Direct TV products along with Apple and other third party company products.

Job duties also included filing correct paperwork and rebates running credit checks and verifying identification.

Other duties were to make follow up calls and perform closing duties such as deposit and inventory of items.

Duties included supervising the cahiers of the store and providing change for all registers.

Duties also included handling customer escalations and following Wal-Mart policies and procedures.
