Roles and Responsibilities:

To check the performance related faults like (packet loss, latency ,slow speed ,utilization report) analysis within SLA 30 minutes using guidelines.

To check the ping WAN to WAN/LAN to LAN status using of juniper router access

To check the Subscriber-Station is operational or not.(Stability-To provides 24-hrs pings to customer’s SS through Base Station for 24 hrs to check stability response. CKT is called stable when we get 0 % packet drops. In terms of packet drops we check for RF Parameters

ask for re-alignment of SS if required)

To check SS-Signal Strength(CINR & RSSI Ranges/RF-Parameters/Modulation) is up to the mark or not.

To Handle SS Provisioning issues. (To Provision New Users with Suitable BS in DHCP Mode for Test Purpose. After passing their VLAN through all routers/switches configure them with suitable Static IP)

Monitoring of Base-Station states.(Link-monitoring, send down links & Critical updates to NOC-Team)

Providing technical support to Client: In Number of cases like NO Connectivity, Slow Speed, Bad RF, we troubleshoot our FE’S & Customers for Wi-Max.

Portal related issues,

Responsible for (Static/Dynamic) IP-assigning, check the Authentication (login related),

Troubleshoot for Browsing issues,

Handling E-Mail related issues,(Sending or receiving the mails, Outlook-express, POP3 & SMTP settings).

LAN setting, its configuration / DNS configuration.

Exposure To – Telsima Network-Management-System.

CLARIFY CRM ,CLARITY ,PUTTY FOR TELNET, SERVICE ASSURENCE PORTAL .
