construction industry for more than 21 years with a specialty in building, design and construction. He has a certificate in

(Building Design and Construction). Also, attended Villanova University, taking courses in “Mastering Project
Management, (for which after successfully completing the course, received a Certificate of Completion), to acquire

Managed projects and developed design build scenarios and conceptual estimates for potential clients throughout
the East Coast and the Bahamas.
Took over Hamilton Harbor Yacht Club and
Marina project ($14 million, 110,000 sq. ft.)
during conceptual stage of development.
Finalized the design process, prepared
budget, wrote scope of work, and brought
project to a successful close exceeding client
expectations. Marina was featured in Marina
Dock Age magazine and the Naples Daily
News.
Developed design drawings and conceptual
cost estimate for first-of-a-kind tilt wall dry
stack boat storage building that met a 150-
mph wind load. Met stringent FEMA and fire
department regulations while giving client an
extra 275,000 cubic feet of leasable space
worth an additional $11 million in revenue.
Put together numerous tilt wall dry stack
marine storage projects ranging from $8
million to $250 million.
Played a lead role in upgrading estimating
software (Quest Estimation).

Managed complete construction projects and
assisted in estimating and preconstruction.
Completed a $25 million retail facility

Worked closely with designer to develop a
smoke evac system that eliminated the need
for emergency fire stair construction
throughout the building allowing more
efficient use of available space for leasing.

subcontractor selection and buyout for a
$200 million high-rise multi-family project for
WCI Developers. Met client’s expectations in
