US Army Facility Health Planning Agency (HFPA), Facilities Support Division.
Provide administrative support to the Program Manager to maintain status of all projects. Sustain tracking in Excel spreadsheets using a variety of different sources including input from the Monthly Progress Reports and information complete accuracy of electronic documents (for example Excel, RFQ’s, CLIN Travel, Word, Army Forms, DOD forms/WAWF, MYINVOICE, and Outlook) maintain the documents in specified electronic locations. Coordinate with Tech support in Wide Area Workforce for electronic website billing while follow-up on MYINVOICE/DFAS Rome, New York to ensure 15 day payment for small business. Event and Business Development Manager
Managed approximately 50 health fairs primarily for government agencies. Worked directly with human resource department to coordinate all facility layouts, marketing collateral, types of health and wellness vendors, healthy cooking demonstrations, staff on site, and health and wellness lectures. Installation and Customer Service Manager
Responsible for managing exclusive granite fabricator relationship with 21 Lowe’s stores located throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. Managed all aspects of commercial tenant interior small projects. Pre-award responsibilities included; reviewing architectural drawings to develop requisite budgets in support of final bid proposal. Developed a “qualified subcontractors’ list to cover a variety of specific requirements, e.g. plumbing, electrical, tile, and HVACs. Primarily worked directly with project managers and clients in coordinating all aspects of progress and development for each assigned project. Specific responsibilities focused upon project documentation to include submittals, meeting minutes, project directories, materials delivery status, and subcontractor communications.
