WORK EXPERIENCE:
Inventory Management/Logistic Coordinator-Mansfield Oil, 2011-Present.
I handle all Scheduling and Logistics duties for product lines within the business; rail and truck deliveries. l also support the Sales and Marketing team, Rail Coordinator and other duties as assigned. Manage and monitor multiple systems to ensure adequate supply of rail car equipment in order to ensure no customer supply disruption occurs.
Analyze carrier contracts and independently determine the appropriate carrier arrangement based on the contract, and assist with rail fleet management including rail tracing, rail car billing, shop requests and fleet size analysis, and provide timely updates and recording all shipment information as required in appropriate system or spreadsheet.
Monitor tank and production levels/communicate any service interruptions with sales team and coordinate revision of shipping schedules as needed.
Analyze market and identify market changes via the freight industry and freight optimization that could provide significant cash opportunities to the company.
I coordination with other plants and buyers when there are problems related to production of ethanol or other product lines.

Logistic Coordinator/Dispatcher-SC Fuels, 2010-2011.
I ensure jobs are started within scheduled timeframe ETAs are logged, and jobs are closed immediately upon completion. Answers a multi-line telephone, and receives updates from technicians either over the phone or via Netbook\GPS.
Monitor and analyzes scheduled delivery workload by determining availability of trucks; site storage restrictions; trailer compartment size options; supply point options; delivery time requirements; driver DOT availability. Provides high level of customer service by adjusting planned dispatch to accommodate changes in operating environment such as terminal outages, ASAPs, cancellations, rolled loads, and truck break downs.
I use the Fuels Automated Systems (FAS) and electronic database management systems to manage, schedule, and document all activities in support of site operations. Records service requests, prepares service schedules, dispatches personnel, controls equipments, and documents all site activities.

Logistics Specialist – U.S. Navy, 1998 – 2009
I was active duty Logistic Specialist and technical point of expertise on fleet logistics, inventory, hazmat and financial support matters to the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Yokosuka – Atsugi Det.
As the designated Government Purchase Card holder for FISC Atsugi Det in Japan. I monitored and reconcile all Government Purchase Card expenditures. I follow up with vendors, command personnel and Citibank purchase card liaisons. I oversaw and administered department resources for FISC Atsugi Det.
I managed and monitored the accounting of assets valued at over $20 Million, including efficient use of budgeted funds resulting in expenditure saving of 20%. I ensured near 100% inventory accuracy of a 1,500+ line item inventory, despite high turn-over materials and adverse fiscal and environmental conditions.
I lead teams in successful Supply Management Assessment. I managed the daily tasking of several active duty and Master Labor Contractors (MLCs). I trained them in preparing, properly coding and organizing supplies. I also provided training to new Military Personal in Warehouse Operation Equipment.
As the lead HAZMAT coordinator, I inspected and managed 30 satellite HAZMAT lockers in the custody of CVW-5, AIMD, HSL-51 and 18 tenant commands. To date, I have issued 324 free-issue hazardous materials to CVW-5 squadrons and tenant commands which saved customers $12K in OPTAR funds.
I have safely handled and processed over 120 gallons of hazardous waste to Public Works Center Environmental Unit in strict compliance with the Navy OSHA, Consolidated Hazardous Material Reutilization and Inventory Control Program (CHRIMP) and Japan Environmental Governing Standards.
