Implementation of NQA-1. Supervision and leadership of the 10CFR50 Appendix B Quality Program. Manage Lead auditors & assessors. Develop the preparation of plans and schedules for conducting audits and surveillance to include: reviewing of documents, preparation of templates and agendas for audits, performance of audits, pre-post audit interviews and final audit report.
-Implement procedures and checklists in the performance of direct observations, record reviews, corrective action program trending, and personnel interviews to determine performance is in conformance with requirements and specifications.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills when comparing assessment and auditing data, add insight with desired outcomes and target performance attributes to identify beneficial practices, weaknesses, and non-conformances.
- Utilize the corrective action program and quality finding process to document instances of non-conformances and significant opportunities for performance improvement.
- Evaluate results achieved from previously completed corrective actions to determine their effectiveness and ability to prevent recurrence of the original initiating conditions.

- Analyze assessment and auditing outcomes to determine if adverse performance trends or cross-cutting conditions exist.
- Integrate operating experience and best practices into assessment plans to determine performance enhancement opportunities and identify potential latent programmatic vulnerability.
- Develop and maintain performance assessment and compliance auditing program materials including implementing procedures and checklists.

Managed the training and development activities of Level I/II NDE personnel continuing qualification
Perform condition assessment of components utilizing advanced NDE techniques. Responsible for downloading and manipulating NDE data, preparing computer generated NDE reports of examinations, evaluating results, and recommendations. Assure that NDE equipment, materials, and records conform to established procedural requirements. Inspects and tests materials for compliance with specifications. Approve written procedures. Maintain knowledge of power plant components and systems.
