EMPLOYMENT

**/**** ** *******: H&P Industries, Hartland, WI QC Chemist:

I am involved in the remediation program, whereby H&P Industries will receive FDA approval to return to production. As part of these responsibilities, I am actively validating final product and raw material analytical methods. I am also involved in performing IQ/OQ/PQ protocol for laboratory and production equipment to meet FDA requirements.

02/2005 to 5/2011: PPD Development, Middleton, WI Associate Research Scientist:

I was involved in stability testing for commercial products placed in storage at PPD’s facilities. As part of this process I developed and validated various stability indicating methods. I worked extensively with AB Sciex quadrapole mass spectrometers to develop assays and identify unknown materials in API samples. Working interactively with the clients, acceptance criteria and action limits for these impurities were established and monitored.

12/2000-9/2004: Senior QA/QC Chemist, Fontarome Chemical Inc.

I oversaw and supervised QC laboratory staff testing flavor and fragrance compounds for use in the food industry. While there I also developed and validated methods for pharmaceutical intermediates and several final products. I was directly involved in an FDA pre-approval audit for a generic API. I was the direct communication between the production manager and the laboratory testing staff.

12/1998-6/2000: Senior Chemist, Cedarburg Laboratories, LLC

I was responsible for transfer of client commercial process from their production facilities to our plant. There was also method development and optimization for clinical studies of new drug compounds for virtual pharma companies. I had frequent interaction with clients, including tours of their facilities to better implement their processes at Cedarburg Labs.

6/1989-12/1998: Associate Chemist, Abbott Laboratories - PPD Process Research

I was directly involved in process optimization for commercial production of novel drug candidates. I took multiple processes from the laboratory bench into a cGMP kilo lab. Kilo lab product was manufactured under cGMP in order to expedite toxicology and preliminary animal studies.
