- Played a leadership role in the production of several print projects, including Stadium Guide, game day employee service cards, parking permits, and Event Staff Manual.

- Strategically planned and executed a program enabling all stadium signage and visual elements to be updated, including perimeter fence, ringwall, wayfinding, directional, and informational

signage.

- Oversaw an annual budget of more than $1M.

- Organized schedule of facility rentals, special events, and promotional campaigns.

- Implemented sponsor-driven revenue-generating programs, such as the Bills Kids Club, High School Coaches Clinic, and Flag Football Tournament.

- Supervised stadium parking services and parking lot operations, including traffic control and parking lot security.

- Initiated a corporate recycling program to reduce waste.

Events, Marketing, and Logistics

- Managed all aspects of game day and logistics operations, supervising the centralized communication system for dispatching and incident tracking.
