Supply Systems Analyst. My duties consisted of the following: Extensive knowledge and usage of Logistics Management Program/Systems Applications and Processes (LMP/SAP) system to analyze all data. Extensive knowledge and usage of the Materials Management module (MM) of SAP. Knowledge of production organization and established production methods and procedures, labor, and material requirements in order to carry out established production control assignments that range from providing assistance to higher graded production controllers to independent performance of repetitive and uncomplicated production control (PP) tasks or projects. Aide production controllers and supply techs with LMP/SAP troubleshooting and resolution of transaction problems, such as open purchase orders, project stock, misc. commitments which may cause delays in processing program closures. Vast knowledge of the LMP/SAP allows me to teach and train others of the MM, PP & FI/CO portions of the system. I am the main focal point for all LMP/SAP Materials Management (MM) issues. Also very key in helping out production controllers with the Production Planning (PP) module. Deal with a variety of personnel levels, Division Chiefs, Quality Teams, LMP/SAP helpdesk, shop floor personnel and Finance Division (FI/CO). As a Supply Systems Analyst (SSA) my focus is on cleaning up the LMP/SAP system (Data Cleansing)(MM). I analyze what purchase orders are open and why and how to clear them. From this effort I gather, analyze and develop reports and procedures to higher commands. I also write fully functional procedures that are used by both the supply tech and production controller groups. Provide the Depot with troubleshooting and resolution of transaction problems. Overall, I have a vast knowledge of LMP/SAP here at the Depot for the MM, PP and FI/CO modules.
