PROFILE

• Over fifteen years’ experience in government contracting, procurement, subcontracting, community and economic development grant development, compliance, maintenance, proposal writing, budgeting, business plans, subcontract and contract solicitation and award processes, and contract/subcontract/grant/purchase order administration.

• Skilled in the processing of contracts/subcontracts for issuance and/or renewal for goods and services, including associated sourcing and support functions.

• Experience in aerospace and defense OEMs and suppliers in operations and supply chain, strategic sourcing, marketing and sales, government contracts, organization design, cost and pricing strategy, and/or new product innovation. Relevant security clearances through previous employers are a distinct advantage.

• Experience in health care delivery or health care payer companies, preferably in contracting agencies (e.g., US, VA, HHS, or DOD) or to non-government health care service organizations. Extensive experience in business development, strategy, new service development, and/or operations.

• Experience in industrial sector manufacturers in operations and supply chain, strategic sourcing, marketing and sales, organization design, government contracts, grants, new business innovations, economic development strategy, IT management and/or product innovation.

• Experience in operations, mergers and acquisitions, and/or post-merger integration in a range of industries, public equity, and/or direct private equity development experience.

• Experience in IT strategy development, cost management, organizational design, outsourcing, portfolio planning, infrastructure evaluation and planning, government t contracting, platform development, and cost and price strategy.

• Experience in Software Business Strategy including software as a service, business development, marketing, licensing, pricing, IP management, open source / partner management, government contracts, and alternative software business models.

• Highly skilled using computers (Access, dbase, Quick Books Financial/Pro, Excel, AutoCAD, and basic MSIS computer programs.

• Skilled in the management, accounting, financial administration of various public and private instruments, agreements, contracts, or sponsored/governmental awards.

• Proficient in university SAP programs, and purchasing systems.
