Coordinated, managed and executed Continuing Medical Education conferences. Arranged accreditation, pharmaceutical support, brochures, audio/visual, exhibits, site selection, food and beverage as well as on-site registration and conference management. Oversaw staff, negotiate contracts, managed VIP’s and worked with very high level personnel. Co-created a Strategic Programs Department for a start-up company. Emphasizing the launching of the company into the marketplace, high-level employee and customer incentive programs. Selected sites, food and beverage, gifts and invitations; negotiated various contracts; arranged accommodations; developed and managed budgets, coordinated off-site events, transportation, and organized the registration process. Designed and coordinated direct mail and collateral materials. Managed planners, support staff and contractors responsible for executing highly praised, flawless programs. Coordinated 75 – 80 meetings a year ranging from 5 – 3500 people. Created, organized and executed financial educational seminars featuring high profile keynote speakers including Louis Rukeyser, Jim M. Benham, Barbara Walters, Joan Rivers, Joe Torre, James Carville and Mary Matalin, Richard Jeni and Seth Godin.
