•Worked with Jerome P. Wagner, Ph.D., Clinical psychologist in private practice and Clinical Associate Professor of Clinical Psychology on further development of the Wagner Enneagram Personality Style Scales (WEPSS) for
commercial publication and distribution.
•WEPSS is published by Western Psychological Services.
•Performed all of the statistical analysis on the second and third forms of the 200 item Enneagram Personality
Inventory using the mainframe computer at Loyola and the SPSS statistical software program.
•Analysis included item analysis, scale correlations, factor analysis, and path analysis.
•Performed data cleaning prior to data analysis.
•Developed the fourth form of the Wagner Enneagram Personality Style Scales (WEPSS) with Dr. Wagner.
•Analysis of the reliability and validity of the fourth form of this instrument.
•Administered and scored inventory both by hand and computer. Assisted in the development of the initial computer scoring program for the inventory, prior to commercial publication, with programmer as Loyola University Chicago.
•Further validation of this instrument conducted in dissertation by conducting a comparative analysis of the Enneagram and Five Factor Model of personality. The other instruments used in this study are: Interpersonal Adjective Scales (Wiggins) ; NEO-Personality Inventory-Revised (Costa & McCrae); L and K Scales Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-2 (Hatthaway).
