• Official Representative of Consolidated Foods Corp. to Guangzhou China,
conducted trainings / seminars and introduced the Philippine affiliate
distribution style to China Operation impacting a 50% growth (1997)
D. UNIVERSAL ROBINA CORPORATION
• Introduced PMS (Public Market Specialization Drive) a novel and effective
routing scheme in URC Distribution System applied 1st in the provincial area.
then consequently introduced in Greater Manila Area which had brought a
double digit growth in distribution (2004 – 2005)
• Restructured the province of Bulacan from one RD Territory into two RD
Territories which had more than doubled its sales from P15M to P32M per
month. (2004-2005)
• Doubled the business of an RD Territory (Pasay, Paranaque, Muntinlupa and Las
Pinas) by merely replacing a non-performing RD by a new and abled one. Sales
of P6.5M grew to P13.8M (2005)
• Upon assuming the position of AREA SALES MANAGER, the Area increased its
sales to 45.4% (P3.3B to P4.5B) ending FY September 2010.
