CARRIER OBJECTIVE :

A) Company : M/s Hypro Engineers
Duration : Oct 2011 to Till date
Responsibility :
• Site Management such as erection of Co2 and Uni Tank Erection of Beer plant. Management of site store and inventory control over consumables and labor and project as whole.
• Any modification ,shifting of Co2 plant and Uni Tanks of beer plant , lifting, erection of existing and new equipments.
• Modification in the existing equipment layout , piping their approval from clients as per revised requirements .
• Organizing site meeting with seniors , subordinates, for proper functioning of day to day work of plant.
• Administration technical manpower for day to day work. Establish and maintain cordial and friendly relation among the staff and their welfare..
• Schedule of modification work with out affecting the functioning of production.

• Preparation of enquiry specification, sending the enquires, obtaining vendors quotation, reviewing the vendor’s quotation and obtaining clarification, preparation of techno-commercial sheets.
• Preparation of order specification, issuing the purchase order to selected vendors, co-ordination with vendors for purchase order formalities such as B.G etc..
• Reviewing the vendor’s drawing w.r.t. the purchase order specification, obtaining comments from interfacing department process/piping/electrical/instrumentations/civil/structural etc..and making the comments /approving the vendors drawing till final approval.
• Expediting with vendors stage inspection and final inspection.
• Co-ordination for all dispatch related formalities till the equipments is dispatched from vendor’s primacies.
• Assisting during commissioning of package equipments till final commissioning of the plant.
