Job Responsibilities:

. To ensure the Safety and health of company, contractors and

subcontractors, employees working within the company area of

operation.

. Provide safe working environment to the workers.

. Report unsafe condition to the safety manager by making suggestion for

correction or removal of accident hazards.

. Conduct health and safety inspection in the job site.

. Conduct regular safety inspection of plant and machinery.

. Safeguard the conservation of co. resource and environment.

. Conduct weekly safety meeting with contractors and sub-contractors.

. Submitting reports to the project manager about safety meeting and

activities.

. Intimate to supervisors about safety training for workers.

. Direct accident prevention effort of the co-project safety plan to

prevent accident for occurring at the work place.

. Inspect and supervise erection work and dismantling work of

scaffolding.

. Conduct investigations of accidents and submit separate reports in

analysis of accident to the project manager.

. Ensure compliance with company/client safety, health and environmental

policy.

. Assist with the development and implementation of safe operating and

emergency procedure on projects.

. Conduct regular project safety inspection of operating plant and

equipments.

. Monitor the proper handling and storage of raw materials and finish

products.

. Ensure the safety equipments and facilities are kept in best

condition.

. Developing and implementing equipment inspection and preventive

maintenance programs.

. Keeps abreast of new developments safe working practice, as per the

regulations and relevant international codes and standards.

. Undertake daily inspection in area of responsibilities to ensure

implementation of and adherence to the procedures set out in the HSE

Site plan.

. Complete daily activities reports, Bringing to attention action take

on identified matter of concern and issue requiring resolution by

higher authority.

. Take necessary action rectify breaches of procedure on newly

identified to ensure safe working condition.

. Liaise with and advice construction representatives of all discipline

to ensure full understanding of adherence to HSE standards.

. Participate in rotation programs and attends formal training to

further develop HSE standard.

. Advice about prevention of injury to personal and damage to plant and

equipments.

. Advice about further improvement in existing working methods.

. Identify potential hazards on new contractors before work commence.

. Always ready with action plan for disaster.
