*In high school I played volleyball and basketball. It taught me how to become a team player and how to use everyone instead of a selective few. I was also captain of the team, with that I had to make choices that would affect everyone on the team not just myself. (1997-1999)
*I was an assistant manager at a retail store. I supervised a small staff. My main job responsibilities were keeping the store constantly making money. I would have to guide the staff so that their work was efficient for the overall company. Would have to keep track of the work that each employee had done every hour because it was a very fast paced work environment. I had to keep the employees motivated so they would continue to do their work in a proper and timely manor. (2005-2007)

*Job responsibilities include handling and loading fifty-three foot trucks. Have to make sure everything is loaded properly and does not get damaged. Everything is done in a timely manor so I have to be quick with the work loads for the day.
