Production Engineer:

Prepared and maintain Operation and Maintenance budget to minimize cost and improve profitability

Support Environment and Safety audit of the plant

Execute planned shutdown in efficient manner to reduce down time of the process.

Prepared operating procedures for the process and shutdowns for training and timely implementation.

Key member for Incidence review and Investigation support.

Imparted Technical training of plant personnel by providing written procedures of plant operational manual and hands on training of process equipments.

As a process Engineer, performed feasibility study, reviewed different process technology proposals and selected Polyester Polymerization, Caprolactam &MEG recovery plants that provided reduced byproducts and higher yield.

Provided process design support in developing process flow diagram, Piping and Instrument Diagrams, and equipment design and selection for the Caprolactam Recovery, MEG Recovery and Polyester Polymerization Plant.

Associated with installation of plant with project team and outside vendors.

Built the startup team and then lead the startup & commissioning for the expansion of Polymerizer reactors & rotary vacuum dryers projects.

Led start up and commissioning activities for the Caprolactam and MEG recovery Plant that started up successfully without any safety and environmental incident.
