Duke University Temporary Services Last assignment with Office of Information Technology as Staff Specialist (Student Collections) Newly created position. I helped design and implement a new system for contacting students with past due accounts and instituting the collections process. I composed letters for different scenarios, designed spreadsheets to track progress. During my tenure in the position the amount of outstanding debt was greatly reduced. I also provided a high level of customer service by responding courteously and professionally to questions, investigating issues in a timely and thorough manner, determined a solution and responded in a timely manner.
