Responsibilities include CMM Programming and Operation checking New

Fixturing and Parts on Prototype and Preproduction metal stampings, Purchasing of any items needed in the CMM Dept, providing technical support and training for all aspects of CMM Inspection in Fleetwood's Plants, and assisting in Capability Studies, Gage R&R’s and Reverse Engineering of dies for springback analysis.

July 2007 to August 2008

Quality Technician/Junior QE, Benteler Automotive Windsor

Responsibilities included all CMM Programming and Operating, Calibration and

Maintenance of the Calibration System on Gagetrak, Purchasing of any items needed in the Quality Dept, Programming and Operation of Atlas Copco DC Torque Guns for Prototype builds and any basic inspection required.

April 2000 to July 2007

Quality Assurance Inspector, Northstar Aerospace Windsor

Responsibilities included CMM Programmer/Operator, First Piece and Roving Inspector, and Final Inspector. The inspection was on tight tolerance machining operations (down to .00015” total tol’s on dias/lengths) I was also the JHSC employee representative ( Level 2 Certification) and a member of the 5S Steering Committee.

CNC Programming and Cadkey Tutor, St Clair College

By recommendation of my teacher, St Clair College hired me as a tutor in their

computer lab to help students struggling in the CNC Programming and Cadkey
